what you need for the sport top Nov 25, 2008
to put a accurate review on this product it is actually for the sport top for the Sigg bottles. This spring keeps the spout closed to stop leaking unitll you put pressure on it with your mouth to drink.

Easy to loose when cleaning, I reccomend having a couple spares.

This is not the white plastic gasket used in all Sigg bottles Feb 27, 2008
This is a metal spring and NOT the white plastic gasket. I have never seen this metal spring used in any Sigg bottles. Don't know what this is actually for.
